Bringing Japan’ s Unique Aesthetic Sense and
Craftsmanship to the World
One story that friends still recall fondly is the time I loved a paisley curtain so much that I cut it and sewed it into a skirt myself. Looking back, I realize that even then, I naturally embraced the idea of creating what I wanted myself.
That spirit led me into the world of fashion. During my career in the accessory industry, I had the honor of contributing to runway collections for Hiroko Koshino and collaborating on costume jewelry for global fashion houses such as Chloe, Mila Schon, and Georges Rech. These experiences taught me how to select materials, express creative vision, and communicate across cultures through design.
After starting my own business, I became increasingly drawn to the world of traditional Japanese craftsmanship. For more than ten years, I have worked closely with artisans across Japan, visiting workshops and learning firsthand about the incredible skill and passion behind their work. This deep connection sparked a strong desire to share Japan’ s exceptional craft and spirit with the world.
With that vision“Bringing Japanese pride to the global stage”I continue to reach out from Osaka with passion and purpose. Osaka is a vibrant city, globally recognized for its culinary culture and entertainment. Being rooted in such a dynamic hometown is both my pride and my source of energy.
